InFIRE Catalyst and certified Integral Life Coach, DEBORAH ROSSOUW is a former OD consultant, a former high school teacher and Head of the English Dept. and a former Provincial Latin American Dance Champion – at age 17!
She’s also a former wife, whose failed first marriage propelled her on her path to personal power. Facing her failures and fears, and lack of alignment, she found her freedom, voice and value to live her life more alive and aligned with who she really is!

Deborah’s motivational keynotes, coaching and retreats support her clients to re-vitalize their relationship to themselves and others – engaging and integrating mind, body, soul and spirit.
Her eclectic educational credentials include a Drama Degree, a post grad B.Soc.Sci Honours Degree in Organizational Psychology, a certificate as a Master Practitioner of WEL-Systems NLP, certificates in Boundary Work and Inner Child Work. She is also a certified Integral Life Coach.
For more than two decades Deborah has served in various roles including that of Organizational Development Consultant, Speaker, Management Trainer, Leadership Development Adviser and certified Integral Life Coach. She has worked with clients on three continents, in the for-profit and not-for-profit sectors, and in a variety of industries, including financial services and healthcare. Deborah specializes in helping her clients to cultivate healthy workplace environments by transforming workplace relationships.
She draws strength from the Christian faith and on occasion expresses worship through freestyle, Spirit-lead dance that engages her body-mind-soul-and-spirit. It’s the form of worship she felt called to at the age of nineteen. And that’s a story she’ll share in a future ebook whose title she already has, namely, ‘What came because I asked.’
Deborah shares her life with Dene, her closest friend, business partner and multi-talented author-musician-coach-speaker-photographer-second-husband of nearly two decades. She and Dene are very proud of their four grown-up sons. And, as they all live elsewhere, she misses them immensely. In an ideal world she’d love to have them all live closer by.
Having emigrated to Canada in 2000, from South Africa, she and Dene now live in beautiful British Columbia – and are proudly Canadian!
