Holiday Happiness Snack

This Holiday Happiness Snack provides all the goodness your body needs, but without the guilt!

Ingredients – dry

  • 1 cup organic Thompson Raisins
  • 1/2  cup Raw Pumpkin seeds
  • 1/4 cup Macadamia nuts
    Mix and set aside ready for use.

Ingredients – wet

  • 1 gala Apple – peeled and chopped into small bite-sized pieces
  • Note: Toss the apple pieces in a light coating of freshly squeezed lemon juice to retain its white colour.

Method:

  • Combine the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients in a dessert bowl and munch away, guilt-free!
