Holiday Happiness Snack

This Holiday Happiness Snack provides all the goodness your body needs, but without the guilt!
Ingredients – dry
- 1 cup organic Thompson Raisins
- 1/2 cup Raw Pumpkin seeds
- 1/4 cup Macadamia nuts
Mix and set aside ready for use.
Ingredients – wet
- 1 gala Apple – peeled and chopped into small bite-sized pieces
- Note: Toss the apple pieces in a light coating of freshly squeezed lemon juice to retain its white colour.
Method:
- Combine the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients in a dessert bowl and munch away, guilt-free!
